The processing :
Comprehensive wood crusher -wood chipper crusher ( hammer mill ) -dryer ( patent products ) -fine grinding (hammer mill ) -pellet machine -cooling and package , the connection is by moving floor .
1. Comprehensive wood crusher :
The comprehensive crusher is a special equipment for biomass power plant fuel storage, density board factory and other special equipment. The crushing raw materials are various types of trees, small diameter wood, wood harvesting residues.The finsihed products size is under 10cm . The capacity is from 10-100t/h
2. The hammer mill
The hammer mill can grind various materials such as wood chips, bark, straw, garbage,etc. This series of hammer mill adopts steel plate welding structure. The motor and rotor are mounted on the same base. The pin coupling is directly connected to the transmission, and the rotor is dynamically balanced and verified, and can work in forward and reverse directions; Unique blade design and materials keeps long use time and good crushing performance .
3. The dryer (patent products ) , we design from energy match and total design not only machine . From the customers feedback , there is one issue always comes out ： the energy is not enough or too larger , and fire in the dryer is very dangerous . What we can do is that choose stove and fuel connected fire spark settleing chamber and sensors etc to make sure the dring performance , in this plant , the raw materials is 60% , the dryer is 2,4m * 15m , the capacity is about 5t/h . Can check the working site .
4 . the wood pellet machine :
200kw , servo motor , lastest germany gear technology , which can warranty gear for 2 years .
The capacity is 3t/h , 2 rollers .
There is another vertical pellet machine option , which is high tech wood pellet machine , can choose as demands .
5. the moving floor :
The moving floor is used to connection in each process and raw materials storage , the body is common products , the main point is in discharge system , what we used is Finland system , total is only 11kw , compared with other supplier , they system can reach above 75kw . And what we used system can keep no raw materials blocked ,can discharge very smooth .
The final will be cooling and package .
The total line designed needs skills to save the area and power and each connection shall be reasonable and smooth , the wood raw materials is not like animal feed , those materials can control strictly and very soft and smooth can copy the whole system , the wood raw materials the complicated is not same all the time , when design shall according to buyers requests and knowing for raw materials .
