1. Wood Chipper
Processes tree trunks and wood logs into wood chips (less than 5cm size). Our drum wood chipper is ideal for large capacity production of quality wood chips, suitable for wood chip production, paper plants, and board manufacturing.

2. Grinding Processing
Our hammer mill system transforms wood chips into sawdust suitable for pellet production.

Reduces material moisture from 50% to 15-17%. Our rotary dryer ensures optimal moisture content (13-15%) for pelletizing.
4. Pelletizing Process
Produces biomass pellets using premium components: SIEMENS motor, high-precision gear transmission, SKF bearings, and forced feeding device. Core ring die made from 42CrMo.
