Brife Introduction

1. Twin shaft auger screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment and widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering department, food processing and machinery etc..here we used to conveying the sawdust ,wood chips and other biomass raw material in pellet production line .

2. When the inclination angle less than 20 degrees,it is suitable to convey low viscosity, non perishable, non caking, granular and powdered, pieces of material.

Working principle

Twin Screw feeder is a kind of continuous conveying equipments with spiral blade rotation to push the material forward, suitable for conveying Cereals, flour, cement, chemical fertilizer, slag, sand, stone, coal, small coal and other materials.The material can be discharged at the proper outlet at the bottom of case . Conveyor with simple construction, be able to feed and discharge in many position, it is easy to operate, have a good seal.
