▶ Pelletizing Chamber:
Provide space for pelletizing . The main components are roller assembly and ring die, bearing, chammer cover, etc.
Cutting handle is equipped to control the length of pellet so that can get as your needs .
Inspecting window on the pelletizing chamber to insepct he cutting of pellets by the cutter at any time, and control the production situation.

Waring : Pushing hand is forbbiden when the machine is running .


▶ Press Roller Assembly:
The roller assembly is made of 42CrMo material .Including roller shell ,five piece cover ,bearing , Circlip etc .

Roller shell and five piece cover is quick parts .
 

▶ The working priciple :

When the powders with different particle sizes are guided by the scraper in the pressing chamber into the pre-compression area between the actively rotating ring die and the driven rotating pressure roller, the material has a certain degree of looseness, and the material is squeezed by the ring die and the pressure roller so as to High density particles are formed.Pellet mill is divided into biomass and animal feed pellet machine according to different raw material .
