Rice husk is an organic waste and is produced in large quantities. It is a major by-product of the rice milling and agro-based biomass industry. And why make rice husk as pellet ?:
"The calorific value of rice husk biomass pellets is above 18003.2kJ/kg, while the calorific value of raw coal is generally around 20934kJ/kg. This shows that the calorific value of rice husk biomass pellets is close to that of raw coal, which fully meets the calorific value of alternative energy sources. In addition, the ash content ratio (<13%) produced by the complete combustion of rice husk biomass particles is much smaller than that produced by raw coal combustion (>25%).

Working Principle :
The raw material comes into the pelletizing chamber , meanwhile the ring die is rotating and driving the rolller shell ,under the action of moving ,the raw material enters to the hole of ring die and pressed by roller shell into the pellet and then cutted by the scrap .
